The LockPack 25DC is a full-automatic weighing machine, which can be used for carrots, with a weighing-range of 7,5 till 25 kg. per bucket.
Operation:
The produce is put in the gathering container and transported by the conveyor belts (coarse- and finebelt) into the bucket. The bucket is attached to the weighing unit. This weighing unit has a loadcell inside, which determines the whole load (bucket + contents) through a special PCB from Lockwood.
The PLC-program than take care of calculating the contents, (by subtracting the bucket from the total load). This PCB and the PLC stop the conveyor belts when the final-weight has been reached.

The LockPack 25D can be perfectly combined with our filling/closing machines LockSeal HSN (mesh bags), LockSeal H50 (separate bags).
Connection to other current packingmachines is also possible.
